Terms and Conditions governing Meadows Productions and its Affiliates who participate in our Paycom revenue-sharing Affiliate program

Important note: No partnership is created by participating in the Affiliate program.

• When your visitors click on your referral links to a Meadows productions website, Paycom places a cookie on their computer with your Paycom Reseller ID. If the visitor purchases a membership using Paycom (NOT Verotel), our Join pages will "see" the cookie and credit your account for the sale. In order for you to receive credit and revenues for a membership, the visitor MUST join using one of the two buttons ("Visa, MasterCard, Discover" and "JCB") at the top of the Join page. You will receive 50 percent of all revenues from that membership until that membership account is terminated. Paycom will track how much you've earned, and will mail you paper checks on a weekly basis for the week's worth of sales ending two weeks before.
• Unsolicited spam will not be tolerated. Should Meadows Productions receive complaints of unsolicited e-mails sent by any Affiliate, that Affiliate's account will be terminated, and payment of all commissions will be forfeited. The Affiliate's information may be sent to the appropriate authorities.
• Mass-mailings are permissible under the following conditions. Please note that if you do not follow these strict guidelines, your Affiliate account will be shut down, and all payments forfeited:
  • Your list must be double opted-in.
  • You must contact Meadows Productions at marketing@PhilCarson.com at least 24 hours prior to the e-mail blast, and provide:
    • a copy of the e-mail that will be sent; and
    • an e-mail address where complaints and removal requests can be forwarded.
• Affiliates may not promote any of the Meadows Productions programs on sites displaying child pornography, bestiality, "hate sites" (including but not limited to sites promoting hatred based upon race or sexual orientation), or sites displaying any other kind of illegal material.
• Only banners designed or approved by Meadows Productions may be used to promote Meadows Productions websites.
• Affiliates may only use Meadows Productions images and videos to promote Meadows Productions websites. Affiliates may crop and resize our images, if and only if the URLs are not removed or made in any way illegible.
• Meadows Productions content may not be used to promote any site not owned by Meadows Productions.
• Affiliates may promote Meadows Productions sites on AVS sites, if and only if:
  • only the content provided in the webmasters area will be used;
  • Meadows Productions content will only be used to promote Meadows Productions websites;
  • the URLs are not removed from the images, or made in any way illegible;
  • the AVS is built with the specific purpose of promoting Meadows Productions websites;
  • banners or links to Meadows Productions websites are clearly posted on the pages where the content is displayed;
  • no other sites are promoted on the same pages where Meadows Productions content is posted; and
  • the URLs of all the AVS sites built using Meadows Productions content are e-mailed to marketing@PhilCarson.com, together with login information.
• Meadows Productions must be allowed to track the source of traffic at all times, and be allowed to access the pages where our banners are displayed, even if these pages are protected by a password (such as within a member's section). If the Affiliate refuses to cooperate, the Affiliate's account will be terminated and all commissions forfeited.
• You may not promote Meadows Productions sites on warez sites, password sites, or any other non-adult web sites, unless you have received prior written authorization from Meadows Productions to do so.
• Affiliates using fraudulent or illegal means to generate sales or traffic, or using deceptive advertising methods, will immediately lose their account and forfeit all commissions.
• Credit card fraud is closely monitored and will not be tolerated. Every incident of fraud will be reported to the credit card companies and to the appropriate authorities. In the event that any sort of mechanism to falsely generate signups is detected, we will criminally and civilly prosecute the responsible webmaster to the full extent of the law -- and, of course, the Affiliate's account will be terminated and commissions forfeited.
• Meadows Productions is not responsible for any losses due to server downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware, or technical errors.
• The Affiliate must provide Meadows Productions with a valid e-mail address to be used for contact purposes.
• Meadows Productions may deactivate any account without warning that shows itself not to be profitable.
• In the event that any conditions need to be changed, or new conditions added, Meadows Productions will post a notice on the Webmasters page. Affiliates will have seven (7) days to become fully compliant with the new conditions. Affiliates not respecting the new conditions will have their accounts terminated, and commissions generated after the new conditions become applicable will be forfeited.
• Meadows Productions reserves the right to terminate this agreement or program at any time, for any reason. If that happens, Affiliates will be notified and will be paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the Affiliate has violated these terms and conditions.
